Here’s my review of sports backpack. Im excited to get this because i want a bag big enough to hold my son’s ball and shoes with separate compartments and not having it touch his clothes and have enough space for books, and anything else he could put in it. This is the perfect bag for all of that. The water bottle pocket is perfect enough to fit for a 22 oz thermoflask, and the front pockets are perfect to hold his shoes and ball regardless how muddy it gets. It’s comfortable and ergonomic.

My 6 yo old boy has been enrolled in soccer trainings for the upcoming months and I needed to find him a good bag to store all his gears: soccer ball, cleats, shin guards, change up clothes, protein bars, snacks, water bottle, etc. This bag works perfectly for him although runs on the larger side for a 6 yo boy. He loves it.
I gave four stars because both side pockets are too tight to fit any of his water bottles easily. You need to fight it really hard to fit any bottles in.

A great bag for my sons soccer gear. The stitching is well done and has enough room for his size 5 soccer ball, shoes, shin guards, a small organizer is attached on the inside for phones, AirPods, gym membership, etc. the water bottle side pocket fits his youth water bottle.
Highly recommend for parent trying to get organized with multiple kids and multiple sports gear. That way you don’t show up to practice with the wrong sports equipment. Not that has happened or anything.

This backpack is perfect for youth sports. I use it as my son’s basketball bag to store his basketball shoes until we get to the gym. Also, this bag has to side nets to hold water bottles.
I gave this bag 3 stars (would be 3 and 1/2 if we could add half a star) due to the fact that the side nets are a little tight for even a standard size sports water bottle and the fact that the bag is a little flimsy. A sturdier material for a backing pad would go a long way in shaping this bag up.

Pros:

+ Lots of zippered areas for shoes, ball, warmups, book, and other sporty stuff
+ Internal zipper pockets in big opening. I like to keep some money with me and tucked away
+ 2 water bottle holders
+ Front pockets are not see through (I don’t need others seeing what I have at practice/meets).
Cons:
– thickness of dividers is okay but not super thick
– items could fall down in the big pocket and be hard to get out/find

My son upgraded his generic blue cloth bag where everything was just tossed in for this sporty, more sophisticated backpack.
It holds his men’s size 9 shoes nicely, but we did have to turn them different directions to fit them into the slot. If you wear a bigger size, you may have to put your shoes in the main compartment. His soccer ball fits nicely in the ball slot. He keeps his jerseys, goalie jersey, and gloves, along with his tablet and headphones in the bigger section.
The outside water bottle holders are too small to hold his bigger water bottles, but they would hold the normal slim version that fits in most vehicle cup holders.
If you are an adult, you may want to size up a little.
Overall, my son loves this and is proud that he’s so organized now. He actually takes the time and effort to keep everything organized in the bag, which is a huge accomplishment.
He wanted the gray color–looks nice. You could probably pay someone to embroider a last name on it if you were giving this as a gift.

The zippers are nice and never get stuck, but the bag itself is terrible. The description says you have a compartment for a basketball and a compartment for shoes, but both of those compartments connect to the main compartment. So when you take out your shoes all the stuff in the main pocket falls and you can’t put your shoes back in. And the ball compartment takes up pretty much all of the space in the main pocket. TERRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My daughter plays volleyball and doesn’t need to wear her court shoes outside. She was constantly forgetting her flip-flops or her shoes or her ball or kneepads. I had her a different bag but it wouldn’t fit her ball with them. This backpack allows for her to actually remember all her stuff and she hasn’t left anything at the gym or at home since using this bag! She wears a size 9 and her volleyball shoes are a tight fit but they do fit in a compartment! She wears her flip-flops in to practice and then puts them where the volleyball shoes were during practice. Her flip-flops fit way easier than her sneakers. If your shoe is much bigger than a woman’s size 9 I am not sure they would fit in the shoe compartment though. She also has a place to attach her water bottle! She really loves it and has gotten several compliments on it as well! Its well made and appears to be durable and will hold up for several years of volleyball practice (as long as her shoes still fit in there )
