Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item following our standard return policy.
Final Sale Purchase
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase of final sale items.
Final sale items are sold as-is and all sales are final.
Exclusions
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used hygiene products
