Complete Junk

Junk. Strap broke on the first day of use, no reason and nothing out of the ordinary. On the fourth use, we went along with one strap, the zipper to the shoe compartment broke. I'm 4 days passed my deadline to return. I'll revise this review and let you know how customer service performs if they choose to replace this junky bag. Extremely upset with this product. Do not recommend.
